0 Prep the Ingredients: Boil the pasta according to the package directions. Meanwhile, roughly chop the cabbage and cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces. 1 Assemble the Dish: In an oven dish, layer the cooked pasta, cabbage, and tomato. Lightly season with a pinch of salt. Open the can of miso mackerel and pour the mackerel, including the sauce, over the top. Break the mackerel into smaller chunks and spread evenly. 3 Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle cheese over the top, and return to bake for 1–2 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted. 4 Serve: Serve warm and enjoy!View original recipe
