1 Prep the Ingredients: Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds with a spoon, then slice diagonally. Drain the tofu and cut it into bite-sized cubes. 2 Stir-Fry the Cucumber: Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the cucumber slices and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened. Remove and set aside. 3 Cook the Tofu: In the same pan, add the tofu and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3–4 minutes per side. 5 Add Sauce and Combine: Return the cucumber to the pan.
