tbsp curry powder

tbsp wheat flour

tbsp ketchup

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp white miso

0 Prepare Ingredients: Peel and dice the daikon. Chop the onion. Grate the garlic and ginger. 1 Cook the Lentils: In a small saucepan, cover the lentils with water and boil for 10–12 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside. 2 Sauté the Vegetables: Heat oil in a fyring pan over medium heat. Add daikon and onion, stirring occasionally, until the daikon becomes slightly translucent. 3 Add Seasonings: Lower the heat. Add the cooked lentils, grated garlic, ginger, curry powder, and flour. Stir well to coat everything evenly. 4 Simmer the Curry: Pour in the water, then add ketchup, soy sauce, and miso paste. Stir to combine. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes or until the daikon is tender. Taste and adjust salt if needed. 5 Serve: Serve hot over the cooked rice. Enjoy!View original recipe
