tbsp sake

tbsp mirin

tbsp soy sauce

tsp ginger

0 Mix sauce ingredients well to make a marinade. 1 Slice tempeh into 5-7mm thin strips, add to the marinade and leave for 10-15 minutes. 2 Coat the tempeh with flour. 3 Put oil to the pan over medium heat, grill the tempeh about 2 minutes, flip it over and grill for another 2 minutes.View original recipe
