0 Cut ingredients: Slice garlic and cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces. 1 Cook vegetables: Add olive oil to a pot and fry garlic on low heat. When you smell the aroma of fried garlic, add vegetables little by a little while stirring continuously. 2 Simmer: Add salt, cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. 3 Add canned tomato: Add canned tomato and simmer for about 5 minutes with the lid open. 4 Salt and pepper: Finish with salt and pepper to your taste.View original recipe
