Instructions
1 Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the potatoes thinly and microwave for 2 minutes. Thinly slice the onion. 2 Make the Tofu Cream: Whisk the tofu until smooth in a large bowl. Add the soy milk and white miso, then mix until creamy, and season with salt and pepper. 3 Stir-Fry: Heat butter in a frying pan over low heat. Add the onion and cook until soft. Add the green peas and potatoes, then stir-fry for a few minutes. Pour the tofu cream and mix well. 4 Bake: Transfer everything to a baking dish. Sprinkle with plenty of shredded cheese on top. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes. 5 Serve: Serve hot and enjoy!View original recipe
