Japanese Kanten Fruit Jelly Recipe

Mix ingredients: Add kanten, sugar, corn starch, and water in a pot, and mix until smooth.
Make jelly: Bring to a boil on medium heat, then turn to low heat and let slow simmer for 1 minute.
Cut fruits: Cut fruits and put them into separate bowls (mix as you prefer).
Add fruits: Add the first batch of fruits to an ice cube tray and fill each section with jelly mixture. Add the second batch of fruits to a glass food storage container. Next, pour mixture into the container until it covers the fruit.
Refrigerate: Let refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (no photo).
