Put nuts in a food processor and blend until finely chopped.
Add dates to the food processor, blend until it becomes a paste, and transfer to a bowl.
Put peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and cacao powder into the bowl, then mix well with a spatula (or a wooden spoon).
Pour the dough into a cake pan, spread the surface evenly, and top with cacao nibs.
Let it freeze in the freezer for about an hour until it's firm.
